Solvares Field Service Secures New Contract With G4S Fire & Security

Reading, UK, 13 August 2024 – We are pleased to announce a new contract to supply the dynamic field service scheduling software solution VISITOUR to G4S Fire & Security Systems. The technical services specialist will upgrade its field force productivity and response capability to enhance operational efficiency for 200 UK maintenance and installation technicians.

Planned and reactive maintenance against strict SLAs

The G4S team manages a mix of installation appointments and SLA response-based maintenance tasks to be performed at customer sites, 365 days a year. As part of the solution, G4S will upgrade its Tesseract Service Centre from Asolvi to the latest version. Real-time efficiency gains are planned to raise productivity and customer service outcomes.

Tony Anderson, Operations Director for G4S UK&I; said,

The company undertook a procurement process as Tony explained, “Solvares Field Service was selected as G4S were impressed by the scheduling capability and links to our existing service platform. The ease of use and interaction with VISITOUR was also another major factor in selection.”
